We hope your order is to your liking, if there are questions you can always contact us at [email protected].
If an article is not to your liking, then you have the option to return it within 14 days. Hygiene is important for many of our products, these products can only be returned if the seal is not broken.
If you want to return an item, follow these steps, this way we can process your return as efficiently as possible:
- Report your return by e-mail stating your order number to [email protected].
- You will receive an e-mail with a download link for a return label, affix the label visible on the package
- Return the ready-to-send package to the nearest PostNL service point. We advise you to request a proof of delivery from the employee of the PostNL service point, this is the proof of your return shipment.
- After we have received the package in good order, Oceonics will exchange the item (if available) or transfer the purchase price (excl. shipping costs) back to your account within 30 days.
If you want to send an item back because it does not like it, the costs of return shipping are for your account. We ask for your understanding for this.
