1.1 I have not received a packing slip, but would like to receive one
As of June 20, 2022, we will no longer add a packing slip to orders. If you would like to receive a packing slip or invoice, please send an email to [email protected].
1.2 Who is Oceonics?
Oceonics is a webshop for plastic-free products founded by Annemieke & Kelly with the mission to create a zero waste world. In about us you can find a complete background story. Since June 2021, Karole has taken over from Annemieke and Kelly.
Oceonics is registered in the Dutch chamber of Commerce as 80336019.
1.3 How can I recycle the used blades?
The blades are made of metal, so the used ones you can collect as old metal.
1.4 What are the delivery costs?
We are full of ambition, but we have not yet reached the size to sent the packages for free. For these shipping costs we ensure that the package arrives quickly in a sustainable package.
The shipping costs below €50 are €4,50. We do not charge shipping costs for orders in the Netherlands above €50.
For deliveries to Belgium we charge a € 8,99 shipping fee.
For deliveries to Luxembourg we charge a € 11,50 shipping fee.
For deliveries to Germany we charge a € 9,- shipping fee.
For deliveries to France we charge a € 14,- shipping fee.
For deliveries to Italy we charge a € 14,50 shipping fee.
1.5 How can I return an item?
If an article is not to your liking, then you have the option to return it within 14 days. Hygiene is important for many of our products, these products can only be returned if the seal is not broken. More information about returns can be found here.
1.6 What should I do when an items is damaged during delivery?
1.7 When can I expect to receive my order?
When the order is placed before 14:00 on a week day, we will ship the order on the same day via PostNL. When the order is shipped you will receive an email with a track&trace code so you can track your order.
In weeks 33, 34 and 35, due to holidays, adjusted shipping times and shipping days apply.
Oceonics depends on other parties for the transport of packages. If a package takes longer to arrive, we are not liable for it. If a package has not been delivered after 3-4 days, please contact us.
! Please note that the delivery times are longer between 11 November (singles day) and the holidays (1 January). This is due to the busyness of our transport partners and we cannot influence this. Our advice is to order gifts in time.

1.9 Are all your products 100% plastic free?
Our search for plastic-free bathroom products sounds simpler than it actually is. For example, a plastic lid or a plastic laminated casing quickly creeps into a packaging process. Therefore we cannot promise that all our products are completely plastic-free. In our fight against plastic we continue to search for the best plastic-free products and are happy to accept this challenge! At Oceonics we believe that every little bit helps and that you can start with yourself. Just like the famous chocolate manufacturer Tony Chocolonely, who wants to make chocolate production 100% slave-free, we hope to do this for plastic. By gaining insight into where the addition of plastic takes place in the production process, we want to eliminate the plastic from our entire chain.
